The CSS Starter Page Series Part 11: Adding a Handheld Style Sheet

In the last installment of the CSS Starter Page series, we added a print style sheet to our layout. We're going to add a handheld style sheet this time around, and this is a task that requires a bit more thought and planning.

This tutorial could possibly be subtitled "Everything You Wanted to Know about Handheld Style Sheets but Were Afraid to Ask!"
