South Beach is perhaps the trendiest destination in the world.  The American Riviera.  I live only 24 short miles from this acclaimed destination and frequent the area on occasion.  I can attest that most trends do start on South Beach, so when I heard of a brand called “South Beach Smoke,” I admit, I was setting myself up for a letdown.  Not that I don’t like people branding the South Beach name, there are many successful products that have come out of South Beach.  The South Beach Diet was a huge success! I just think that so many people try to align themselves with the place to make money off of it’s successful brand.

So, enter skeptical me, and on my quest to find an electronic cigarette brand that I’d use for the long term I made an order from South Beach Smoke.  This page depicts my experience with South Beach Smoke’s electronic cigarette and provides my review of South Beach Smoke.   I’d like your comments and thoughts, so don’t be shy to leave your own reviews by using the comment button at the end of this entry.

South Beach Smoke took me by surprise from the first time I received the product.  First off, the entire experience was first class.  I felt like a VIP at a South Beach night club the way they treated me from the minute I pressed the order button.  Order updates came in frequently, and I my order was received very rapidly.  I do live in the next county, so that wasn’t a surprise, but I’ve had some bad experiences with e-cigarette orders in the past so I thought this was a good start.  I went full circle and did more research on South Beach Smoke and found out the company is accredited with the BBB of South Florida.  This made me feel great about my order and gave me another vote of confidence.

One thing that makes South Beach Smoke different is it’s home delivery program.  This program basically takes all of the fumbling around making orders a non-event.  You don’t have to call in an order when you are out of cartridges, nor do you have to take to the web to make an order from your computer.  Simply keep a credit card on file and tell the company the frequency of your orders and you will save money on all orders while in this program.  It’s a big savings – I don’t remember the exact number but I want to say it’s between 20-30%.   The home delivery program by South Beach Smoke makes getting refill cartridges a cinch, and I give them kudos for running this operation in an honest manner.  When I looked around for South Beach Smoke reviews, I didn’t read the usual “South Beach Smoke is a scam” type comments that you’d expect from people who may have not understood the billing model and been upset with the brand for billing them for shipments.  Sometimes this happens, but South Beach Smoke brand runs an operation that’s really on the up-and-up.

the meat-and-potatoes part of the South Beach Smoke review, and I’m happy to report that I was pleased with everything offered by this brand of e-cigarette.

First test:  The South Beach Smoke Battery….

The battery is nice, and puts out a lot of vapor.  The crystal orange LED lights up whenever you take a puff.  No different from any other e-cig brand in that respect, it does have a nice resemblence to an actual cigarette in the fact that the filters are decorated with specks that resemble real tobacco cigarettes.  Also, the batteries have lines on them, making them different and the brand clearly put a lot of attention into this detail, which is nice.

The atomizer is built in, which is pretty standard these days with electronic cigarettes.

Overall, the battery is far above average and among the better ones I’ve seen on the market.

Next up, the South Beach Smoke Cartridges….

Cartridges vary from e-cig brand to e-cig brand.  South Beach Smoke uses “Vapor Max” Technology.  They don’t go into what that means but it does state that it provides a smooth draw with lots of flavor.  I found the company to back up this claim, I had no issues getting a smooth draw and found the cartomizers to be flavorful.

Cartridges I thought were impressive included Cherry and Tobacco.   They also offer Menthol, Vanilla, and Chocolate.  It’s a pretty basic offer but straight to the point.  All cartridges are offered in no nicotine, ultra light, light, and full flavored strengths.

Overall, the South Beach Smoke cartridges checked out.  I didn’t have any issues with their brand.  They were stand-up on all aspects of the purchase, and there is no question they are a top brand.
